DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Most orders will ship out within 48 hours of purchase (we do not ship weekends nor holidays). Your order will be shipped UPS or USPS priority mail. Once your order has shipped, packages are generally received within 5 business days.

ALL orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands incur surcharges. Orders to these destinations cannot be expedited. Orders to APO addresses will also ship USPS priority mail and cannot be expedited.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages once they left our warehouse. We provide shipping confirmation on all orders. If your order status is marked shipped or delivered and you have not received it, we suggest you check with your local post office or UPS.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only in the case of damage. All damages and/or order discrepancies, such as missing items, must be reported within 5 days of receipt of package.
